Is an NMAT below 90 acceptable to College of Medicine?
No, an NMAT score of 90% and above is an absolute requirement for admission to our Medicine Proper program.

If I will take NMAT this coming March, 2019, can I apply this coming Academic Year 2019-2020?
No, because our application period for AY 2019-2020 will end on February 15, 2019. 

Do you accept foreign or international students for your MD program?
Yes, the implementing rules and regulations for admission of foreign students will be posted soon at UPCM website (www.upcm.ph)

Do you have particular Biology or Chemistry subject requirements for admission?
None, our basis of evaluation is all academic subjects on your first 3 and ½ years of your BS or BA Degree. Any 4 year Baccalaureate degree is acceptable for admission.

For dual citizen applicants what birth certificate we need to submit?
You need to submit Certificate of Dual Citizenship from the Department of Foreign Affairs or a copy of your official Philippine Passport.

Latest ITR of both parents are part of your requirements, what if one of my parents has no work , retired or OFW, what will I submit in place of their ITR?
You need to submit Certificate of Non-Filing of Income Tax issued by the BIR, while for OFW parents you need to submit Certificate of Employment with Compensation.

Do you offer free tuition for your medical students as President Duterte program for Filipino students?
No, we only have Student Financial Assistants (SFA) to deserving students so, once admitted to our MD program you need to apply to UP Socialized Tuition System (www.sts.up.edu.ph) to avail of the appropriate discounts on your tuition fees.

How can we apply for MD program under DOH scholarships?
You must apply and comply first with our basic requirements for admission. Once accepted to MD program of UPCM, only then can you apply to the DOH scholarship as well as to other scholarships offerings in the college through the Office of Associate Dean for Faculty and Students (ADFS).

Do you accept transfer students?
No, we do not accept students/applicants who have enrolled previously in other medical schools.
